Hi-Ki classes are held at the following fine venues:

• The George Hotel, Bewdley
• The Gainsborough House Hotel, Kidderminster
• The Coach House, Oldswinford

Classes begin at 6, 7 and 8pm... with day time classes at 10am Friday and Sunday and 2pm on Wednesdays.

We recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothing and work in socks or bare feet.  A small blanket or sheet can be useful to use for posture support and cover during relaxation.

If you have to miss a class, don't worry... we are happy for you attend a different class as long as you let us know.
